We call it AfterCare but our clients have called it bedding in, a warranty visit, an audit process or follow-up training. The objective is to ensure that the investment in the project - time, effort, & money - is secured and positioned to withstand time, staff turnover, and management inattention.
Renoir conducts a series of audits to check the effectiveness of the project implementation and if we do find any shortcomings we tell you what they are and why they have happened. If it’s something we can fix then and there, we do it. If it’s a management/supervisory issue, we will let you know how to address it.
AfterCare is an integral component in a process that that is built and administered to last. Arrangements for prolonged & Retainer & programmes are also possible.
