At the heart of the implementation program is our Focus Process®. This highly effective and proven process transfers the ownership for improvement to the employees who carry out the work. Driven by Management Action Teams, supported by Renoir consultants and a client Task Force, and monitored by an Executive Steering Committee, the process enables employees to understand the issues, develop root cause solutions, and drive through the changes that result in significant, measurable, and lasting improvement.
