Renoir utilises a pretty heavy toolkit (6 sigma, asset optimisation, quality circles, SPC, TOC, BPM, BPR, TQM etc.) as well as a few of our own, but improving quality really boils down to identifying the issues, quantifying them, defining solutions to tackle the root causes and then implementing them.
