Renoir Consulting forms partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership to develop a program that empowers leaders to facilitate sustainability transformation

The partnership will involve the delivery of leadership content designed to equip leaders with the needed understanding and knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and the ability to create direction, alignment and commitment in support of ESG. The program aims to shift their mindsets and enable them to effectively drive sustainability transformation and achieve measurable objectives by exploring best practices. 

The program is tailored to three different tiers of leadership — executives and directors, senior and middle managers, and emerging leaders and frontline managers. Each tier is designed to deliver specific learning outcomes that are aligned with their respective roles.

Participants in this interactive and engaging program will engage in a variety of activities, including case studies, experiential simulations and group discussions, all focused on addressing their leadership and ESG challenges. Sustainability Learning Projects will also be launched during the program, giving participants the opportunity to apply their learning to real-world business scenarios.
